    Right now, our drinks are available to purchase here on our E-commerce site only. We will let you know when we expand our retailers!

  • Shipping times?

    PureJoy orders are handled from Monday to Friday. Any orders received prior to 9 AM EST will be shipped on the same day. In the event that your order is placed after the specified cutoff time, during a weekend, or on a holiday, it will be processed on the following business day and will adhere to the regular shipping timelines from that point onward.

  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

    We will be offering various discounts and promotions throughout the year! Subscribe here to be the first to know when we do!

  • Are your beverages suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions or allergies?

    Please refer to our nutrition label and ingredient list on either can to see the full list of our ingredients. Please don't consume our drinks if you are allergic to any of our ingredients & check with your physician before purchasing/consuming.

  • Are your beverages carbonated or non-carbonated?

    PureJoy Drinks are lightly carbonated. The perfect balance between non-carbonated drinks such as iced tea and highly carbonated drinks like soda or other energy drinks.

  • Are the drinks suitable for pregnant women?

    Not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, pregnant women, or women who are nursing. In all cases, check with your physician before consuming.

  • Can I return or exchange a beverage if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

    Unfortunately we cannot except returns for our beverages; however, please email if you receive any damaged items to discuss exchanges. Contact us here.

  • Where are PureJoy drinks made?

    Everything from our ingredients and packaging are sourced sustainably in the United States.

  • How often can I consume UPLIFT and UNWIND?

    You can enjoy PureJoy's UPLIFT and UNWIND every day. We recommend having one of each every day to build up in your system as you would vitamins and supplements.

  • What if I'm taking other supplements/vitamins or the same ones that are found in PureJoy drinks?

    If you're currently supplementing any of the active ingredients in either drink (ginkgo biloba, magnesium, ashwagandha, etc) we recommend contacting your healthcare provider as we don't advise double dosing on supplements.

  • Can I recycle my drinks?

    Our drinks and packaging are 100% recyclable! Please take off the can label before adding to your bins.
