Returns & Shipping
You will only pay the calculated shipping price if your order is under $100. For anything above $100, shipping will be on us (which is pretty sweet considering how criminally expensive it is to ship beverages!).
PureJoy orders are handled from Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after the specified cutoff time, during a weekend, or on a holiday, it will be processed on the following business day and will adhere to the regular shipping timelines from that point onward.
We usually utilize USPS Ground Mail or UPS Ground Mail for our shipping method, which typically results in delivery within 4-7 days. However, please be aware that recent modifications to USPS & UPS operations may cause delays. If your package has not been delivered after 14 days, please reach out to our customer service by emailing info@drinkpurejoy.com
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Because our product is perishable, we have a no-return policy. However, we are committed to providing refunds or replacements in the event of mishandling, damaged delivery, or incorrect address delivery. To request a refund or replacement, kindly email us at info@drinkpurejoy.com and include a photo or evidence of mishandling.
