When it comes to exploring the world of wellness, you may have come across the terms "nootropics" and "adaptogens." But what exactly are they? Nootropics are natural substances that have shown to enhance cognitive function and support brain health. They can help improve focus, memory, creativity, and mental clarity. On the other hand, adaptogens are herbs and plants that assist the body in adapting to stress and promoting overall balance.

They work to reduce fatigue, increase energy levels, and support the body's resilience in the face of daily challenges. So, if you're curious about boosting your cognitive abilities or finding ways to manage stress read below on the powerful nootropics and adaptogens we have added to our drinks!

Hello Ludona,

We’re delighted to address your question!
Both our UPLIFT and UNWIND formulas do not include ‘Citric Acid,’ but rather ‘Malic Acid’ to naturally stabilze. Both of these are naturally occurring organic acids found in various fruits and vegetables and are safe for consumption.

Regarding sugar sweeteners, we are pleased to confirm that our formulas are entirely free from sucralose, which has been associated with several potential health risks. Instead, we choose to sweeten our drinks naturally, using ORGANIC Erythritol, a type of sugar alcohol found in small amounts in certain fruits like grapes, pears, and watermelons. Additionally, we utilize ORGANIC fruit juice for sweetness in our drinks.

If you have any further queries, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Sending you lots of joy :)
