When it comes to exploring the world of wellness, you may have come across the terms "nootropics" and "adaptogens." But what exactly are they? Nootropics are natural substances that have shown to enhance cognitive function and support brain health. They can help improve focus, memory, creativity, and mental clarity. On the other hand, adaptogens are herbs and plants that assist the body in adapting to stress and promoting overall balance.

They work to reduce fatigue, increase energy levels, and support the body's resilience in the face of daily challenges. So, if you're curious about boosting your cognitive abilities or finding ways to manage stress read below on the powerful nootropics and adaptogens we have added to our drinks!

Let’s dive into our drinks.

Ginkgo Biloba: Ginkgo Biloba is a herbal extract that has been studied for its potential cognitive benefits. It is believed to improve blood flow and antioxidant activity in the brain, which may enhance memory, attention, and overall cognitive performance. Incorporating Ginkgo Biloba in our product can support mental clarity and focus, providing you with an edge in your daily activities.

Panax Ginseng: Panax Ginseng, also known as Asian Ginseng, has been traditionally used for its potential cognitive-enhancing properties. It is believed to modulate neurotransmitters, improve blood flow, and protect against oxidative stress in the brain. By including Panax Ginseng in our formula, we aim to provide you with increased cognitive function and mental stamina, helping you stay sharp and focused throughout the day.

L-Theanine: L-Theanine, commonly found in tea leaves, is known for its calming and relaxing effects without causing drowsiness. It has the potential to promote focus, attention, and relaxation, while reducing stress and anxiety. Our product harnesses the power of L-Theanine to support a calm and focused state of mind, allowing you to tackle challenges with a clear and collected mindset.

Pyridoxine (B6): Helps turn food you eat into energy, giving you a natural pep in your step! It is also known as a mood lifter, helping keep you balanced and sharper, while also supporting your immune system.

Cyanocobalamin (B12): Helps transport oxygen throughout your body, helping you stay energized and preventing fatigue while keeping your nervous system healthy and giving you a natural boost of power throughout the day.

Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is a popular adaptogenic herb used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. It has been studied for its potential to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, while improving cognitive function and overall well-being. By incorporating Ashwagandha as an adaptogen in our product, we aim to provide you with a natural way to combat stress and support cognitive performance, empowering you to face everyday challenges with resilience and clarity.

Passionflower: Known for your relaxing qualities that help promote a state of calmness and reduce anxiety. Some scientific studies have shown it reduces restlessness!

Lavender extract: Has been scientifically proven to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality. Its aromatic compounds interact with brain receptors, triggering a cascade of calming effects on the nervous system.

Magnesium: Plays a vital role in regulating neurotransmitters that promote relaxation and calmness. Scientific research indicates that Magnesium supplementation can reduce muscle tension, alleviate symptoms of anxiety, and support the body's natural stress response.

In conclusion, incorporating nootropics and adaptogens into your wellness routine can provide a natural and holistic approach to enhance cognitive function and manage stress. Hello Ludona,

We’re delighted to address your question!
Both our UPLIFT and UNWIND formulas do not include ‘Citric Acid,’ but rather ‘Malic Acid’ to naturally stabilze. Both of these are naturally occurring organic acids found in various fruits and vegetables and are safe for consumption.

Regarding sugar sweeteners, we are pleased to confirm that our formulas are entirely free from sucralose, which has been associated with several potential health risks. Instead, we choose to sweeten our drinks naturally, using ORGANIC Erythritol, a type of sugar alcohol found in small amounts in certain fruits like grapes, pears, and watermelons. Additionally, we utilize ORGANIC fruit juice for sweetness in our drinks.

If you have any further queries, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Sending you lots of joy :)
